Post mortem of CPIM Failure

If we try to analyse as to how the Left front killa west Bengal has literally surrendered before the wish of general mass, we could could summarise the points below:

1. A prolonged dynasty of 32 years. Too much self satisfied with their successive wins and consecutive entrance of troubled water.
2. Minimal development during this period.
3. No such initiative was taken to revive the closed industries.
4. The comfortable zone of the general mass has reached to the zero level. They are psychologically hammered day by day in roads, in office premises, even in their own localities. They fear to express their inconveniences as party involves in simpler to simpler aspect of life. I think this is the rare case in India.
5. Not even they clear the roads. Even if rehabilitation is given, newer hawkers occupy the footpaths and the roads. Party and the govt as a whole remain silent because of the losing of their votebanks.
6. No preference to the native people. This has proved to be a major blow for the govt.
7. No development to the north bengal region. Not even on the agri sector like tea, jute etc. Development has been meant for the city only, thats why lots of migration and the pressure to the city. They could have started reverse migration in terms of agriculture and small scale industry development.
8. The emergence of each and every sector as a CPIM political hub has been a boomerang.
9. Non participation to the central govt has caused the evaporation of general faith to this govt.
10. Somnath Chatterjee is the icing on the cake.

India moves for Congress led UPA government

Once again, the UPA govt has regained the faith of 120 crore people of India. This time, congress as a national party arise vehemently with more than 200 seats so that other regional parties are left with any bargaining power. After 18 years since 1991, congress party established themselves as a big national party.

This election result has so many implications.

1. Regionalism is likely to vanish from the national politics with some examples still there. This provides much relief for the congress as smooth functionaing of the govt machineries are what expected.
2. CPI(M) party certainly lost its importance in all india level politics. So many time in the last 5 yeras they tried to pull down the Manmohan govt and they dis so at last concerning the Nuke deal issue.
3. More than 60% voters below the age group of say 35 years, have chosen a stable, economic reforms taking, honest govt. Of course, the role of Mr Rahul Gandhi was crucial enough to outweigh the NDA effect.
4. In bengal, Mamta Banerjee's Trinamool congress shattered the dream of the red party as the former got 20 seats with her ally SYCI and Bengal congress got 6 certain seats.

Stock market is likely to get a happier period for the next 5 years.
